hi:
if I set one resource"start" "stop" operations with "timeout=150" "start
delay=30" ,I found that the resource didn't takeover to another node
immediately.why? It likes to after some seconds to do takeover,and the second
number is "timeout" + "start delay",why?
So i want to takeover the resource immediately,how can i do ? Thanks for your
