I am trying to get a very rough idea of how many simultaneous connections (to apache servers) ldirectord could handle using "direct routing", assuming gigabit connections and decent hardware.
Unless you are running an Amazon or Sourceforge, I wouldn't think you would never need to worry about ldirectord being the bottleneck. However, if this assumption is incorrect, is it even possible to run 2+ instances of ldirectord, all managing the same virtual IP? Thanks for any feedback.
