I guess you're looking at the wrong file.
/usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat/MailTo is the correct file and the
file Annette was referring to.
Then look at your mail command and see how it wants to be used and
change the script accordingly.
Please report your operating system, used versions and your fix. Maybe
that's worth a patch.
