The packages are called pacemaker-mgmt and pacemaker-mgmt-client. At least on the RPM based systems. Don't know how is it packaged on Debian. Anybody here using hb_gui on Debian? BTW, there's a crm shell which helps configuring and managing a cluster. If you're not a hard-core GUI user, you can try it.
