Yes Andrew, now it's absolutely clear. Increasing the timeout for the migration to 240s and setting the on-fail="block" for the stop operation solved my problems, even if I think that just the timeouts have done the trick, setting also the on-fail gives me more control over the errors on the migrations, since a single vm migration failure does not make an entire node fence.
