Not as such, DAMA is separate to FlexNet although I too see them as being two parts
of a common whole. But as such, DAMA doesn't imply FlexNet and FlexNet doesn't imply
DAMA.
A DAMA master is certainly more difficult to do, although I think the lack of DCD
can be got around. It is a quite seperate state machine from both AX.25 and DAMA
Slave (hence the state machine split I made in the kernel a while back).
