I caught the earlier discussion about #include <asm/checksum.h>. That was not
the problem, but I'm happy to say after reviewing the diff used to create the
Debian version 6 package, I managed to get *everything* to compile.
*UNTESTED* source and diff (to apply to "clean" ax25-utils-2.1.42 from
metalab.unc.edu) can be found at www.glasscity.net/users/pouelle.
(Not much of a web page - strictly utilitarian)
After I test them, I will formally pass the diff on to the Debian maintainer, and
others listed in the BUGS / MAINTAINERS files.
