Now we know the slowness is caused by vger, can we do something about this? I think the list could benefit from a better responsiveness.... How about asking around, to set up a dedicated server for the mailing list. Or install a mailserver on another box, I was thinking of: www.qsl.net, I think Al would notreally mind if we moved to his server. zone.pspt.fi, the place were all the AX.25 stuff is stored, would be a greate place to run the list. www.debian.org, they support development of free software, they host mailing lists related to that and we develop free software, don't we?
