Text import xfbb/tnos ???

Hello All;

In either xfbbd7.00g ot Tnos 2.30 is it possible to "import" or 'cut and
paste' a n ascii text file into the body of a message? In the dos version
of fbb the F3 key worked well. I do not see an equal in xfbbd or Tnos.
