The packeTwin card is seen by the 2.2.5 kernel and both interfaces (dmascc0 and dmascc1) are shown with ifconfig. The dmascc_cfg utility is working and both interfaces load within ax25 (axports). When I boot the system there is, what appears to be a nodes broadcast from the 56k port, dmascc1. What I can not do is make a ax25 connect via that port ie. 'connect dmascc1 callsign' Currenty the dmascc1 is using dma 3 and 0x8 clock while the dmascc0 is using interupt 9, io=230h (I had hopes of driving a AEA DSP-2232 with the dmascc0 rs-232 port). The second port dmascc1 is configured for serial sync rs-422, dma 3. With 'dmascc_cfg dmascc1 --show' I get the correct information. So why cant I make a call out that port? 73, John
