Further info in case anyone knows what is going on...

Just tried a 'dig' zone dump and the date implied from the
serial number is 16th June 1999, the same as the ampr.tar.Z
that hasn't changed since then...

The address robot has responded to to a couple of additions I
made 2 days ago but they haven't appeared in the master DNS list...

This is making changes to the network difficult as MX records need
to be changed :-((
