http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/AX25-HOWTO.html . There's a
section about "SoundModem", that's probably what you want.
Just for information: Packet Radio using the sound card requires a
special sound modem driver, you can't use the normal sound driver
that you have for playing audio here.
