Hmm, here's my netrom starting script.  it works, though now that
I look at it, I see that I set the ip adress one way the first time,
and another way the second time. And come to think of it, I'm
not really sure if that netmask 255.255.255.0 does anything good.
However, both ports do start and netrom seems to work.

/usr/local/sbin/nrattach netrom
/sbin/ifconfig nr0 192.168.0.9 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
/usr/local/sbin/nrattach netbbs -i 192.168.0.10
/usr/local/sbin/netromd -i
/usr/local/sbin/ax25d -l

Here's nrports: (It's in /usr/local/etc/ax25/nrports, btw)

netrom          KE6I-9          CATHRY          236     Cathryn's Netrom
Port
netbbs          KE6I-8          BRKBBS          236     KE6I BBS
