The url proved to be unreachable (timeout) and was
ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/iproute2-current.tar.gz

I didnet search and choose another site, filewatcher had it also i
saw.

The examples,;

/sbin/insmod ipip
/sbin/ifconfig tunl0 44.178.16.1 netmask 255.255.255.255 mtu 1024 up
/sbin/ip route add 44/8 via 194.87.1.92 dev tunl0 proto static onlink

BTW: does anyone have the correct major char alias for ipip for
/etc/conf.modules.
I did not want all 44 traffic like the example, so
at a guess i tryed 44.135/16 via xx.xx.xx and away it went packets
started flowing like water.

I have done no futher work, but there are others who have changed the
old mugnge script a little to use the old encap.txt routing file.

I was simply supprised at how easy it went.
I would like to explain in more detail, but as many of you know i
have been sick in bed for the last 6 weeks, which makes things
difficult, espesaly spelling and typing.

I am sure Yuri RZ1AWT can help you more than i, it was he who gave me
the golden tip.
