sendmail & .ampr.org mail

sendmail tries to connect to outside mailers via their port 113,
systems such as W0RLI's
snos don't like that. Plus, addresses like [EMAIL PROTECTED] are dumped
by sendmail.

Is there a better way or a definitive configuration for mail
gatewaying?
