True -- but the DXCC list I used didn't unfortunately didn't map
1:1 from prefix to entity. Some prefixes are used by multiple entities.
For example VK9Y (from memory), and perhaps also VK0. I was hoping
to key it all by prefix but that didn't seem possible.

Cool, I'll grab that too. The file on the newsgroups was a real mess.
It had an amateur prefix, a list of secondary amateur prefixes, and
a list of all ITU-allocated prefixes, for each entity. However,
some entities were missing the ITU-allocated list. Others were missing
well known amateur allocations -- eg the US only listed K; the others
were listed as ITU-allocated but not in use by amateurs!
So it couldn't be imported directly. I would really prefer a data source
which could be imported automatically by a perl program.
