Add initial device tree support for the Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro/ Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro
(codename raphael), based on the Qualcomm SM8150 (Snapdragon 855)
platform.

The supported features include:
- Display (Samsung AMS639RQ08 AMOLED panel)
- UFS storage
- USB Type-C (with role switching, High-Speed only)
- PMIC regulators (PM8150, PM8150L, PM8150B)
- GPIO keys (volume up, volume down, power)
- Remoteprocs (ADSP, CDSP, MPSS)
- Adreno 640 GPU with GMU
- WCN3990 WiFi
- Camera flash LEDs
