After reviewing uses of rtl8xxxu_rx_urb and rtl8xxxu_tx_urb again, I can't find obvious problem why it gets wrong. Could you please try one apply partial change of this patch? I mean only apply changes of rtl8xxxu_rx_urb or rtl8xxxu_tx_urb to see which part is the cause. Then, we can focus on the part deeper.
