Here's some of what is in it: The October 2007 Intel(r) Itanium(r) Architecture Software Developer's Manual Specification Update supplements SDM 2.2 with recent specification changes, specification clarifications, and document changes. Virtualization specification changes (#1, #3, #4, #5, #10, #11) apply to the dual-core Itanium 2 processor 9000 series and 9100. Virtualization disable control (#10) is available on the dual-core Itanium 2 processor 9100 series.
