mail problem -act2

As a staff member in one of Isreal's universities,
I also have an account on that university's misguided
mail server.
I need to set the

>/etc/sendmail.cf

>Dj

flag on that machine too.
The people in charge are less than happy to touch the file.

Any work arounds?
