Just tried it with the latest (October) WINE release (visual C++
6.0). 
The IDE actually came up, and even managed to load C files from the
"recent files" menu, but I couldn't load files or projects in any
other way, and eventually it crashed :-(
Anyway I prefer XEmacs...
