OT: BeOS

Hi did any one here tried BeOS 5? I did and i saw it uses many GPLed tools, stuff like bash, and gcc. is any one found the license packed somewhere in the image? if it isn't there, isn't that a violation of the GPL? can any one comment on this issue? Ereli
