  CDRW disks are just like CDR disks, except that you can erase them (with
cdrecord -erase; rtfm cdrecord).

  There is such a filesystem supported under M$ Windows, however current
kernel source still does not support it. I don't remember the exact name of
the filesystem. In any case, you'll have to wait. In the meanwhile, just
erase and re-record your CDRWs.
