not realy, for a simple reason. unlike dial-up modem connections, which
are done in a rather common way all around the world, DSL (as well as
cable modem systems) are configured in completely different ways with
different providers and telcos. as you can see, the DSL HOWTO is very
large, while the bezeq ADSL howto is very short, and to the point. better
keep them seperated.
