Wow, this is detailed, and quite accurate, accessment of the situation.
Do they have humans in spamcop.net doing this, or is it all done automatically?

Anyway, if you actually want to complain to ISP about fixfax (rather then
complain to, say, the police or reshut haganat hazarchan or something, since
they are not an anonymous company!), here are the ISPs that fixfax used,
to the best of my knowledge: [all this from my personal spam archive ;)]

Dialup connections (through which the spam was sent. The ISP logs should
trivially point to the guilty party, if they wish to cooperate):

        all times are Israeli times:

Email addresses: (to which the spammer wants to get replies)

Spamvertised sites: (sites the spammer is advertising)
        www.fixfax.co.il (212.199.56.208, a netblock from golden-lines)

Conclusion: I sure got a lot of spam from these idiots ;) It appears that
most of their "business" is done with Internet Zahav (and it's various
names: golden lines, goldnet, euronet, etc.), not BezekNet, so please
bombard Internet Zahav with complaints, and leave Hank Nusbacher alone :)
And never EVER buy ANY service from fixfax.

P.S. I really doubt fixfax has its own spam software, and its own collection
of Israeli email address. I would bet they bought service from some Israeli
spammer, or some international spammer specializing in an Israeli spam list.
Does anybody know who that is?
