As far as I understand they have 2 kinds of support teams:

1. private support (03 - 9257777?): this team handles `occasional' dial up 
customers. Most home users are probably fit into this category. I tend to 
speculate that this team only reports about networking problems rather then 
trying to do something in order to solve them.
2. business support: (1-800-800-110) the name implies what this means.

If you can you should try their business support. This is determined by the 
way bezeqint is classifying your connection. Yet I believe that k12 orgs might 
get the business classification.
