Not much but here it goes: (1) As far as I know the certification failure is more about complying to some programming standards and does not related to your problem. Basically it something like Linux is not UNIX because it was not certified to be UNIX (I believe this was true in the past but these days someone took the bother of having it certified). (2) You might want to try posting to the ISDN developers list. (3) Is there any debugging information?
