Viewer program of some sort. much less than 20% have a running PDF or
Postscript viewers, much less a proper PDF or postscript export filter
(those usually cost extra or are plain crappy, like the internal M$ EPS

don't be a bonehead please. the solution is plaintext or at the worst
case HTML.
