Please tell me what do you make of this - it seems beyond my grasp:

~$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/locale/he_IL
glibc-common-2.2.5-34
~$ ls /usr/lib/locale/he_IL
ls: /usr/lib/locale/he_IL: No such file or directory
~$ rpm -V glibc-common
.?.....   /usr/libexec/pt_chown
