As far as I recall, Konqueror (at least in KDE 3.1) does automatically requests 
user/pass. Not 
sure about others.. 
 
As far as I remember Microsoft ISA server, and I assume that your company (CellCom) is 
using Active Directory - you'll need first to "join" the Active Directory Service in 
order to 
make ISA let you use it's proxy. 
 
For this, you'll need to use Kerberos authentication - the Kerberos 5. Simply edit the 
/etc/krb5.conf file to the matching details that you have (realm etc...) and then, as 
root do:  
kinit [EMAIL PROTECTED] and then press Enter and put your password.  
 
This should let you join the domain (you need to do it only once), and I assume - will 
let you 
use ISA server.
