short answer: overheat explanation: the computer would work very stable for days, without any problem. but would locked if i try to rip a dvd. Reason: transcode use almost 100% cpu. using 100% of CPU in a so demanding task would make the cpu temperature to raise. Solution: I opened the machine, put a big domestic fun in front of the board. and started the rip. Today morning the job was done and the system working. LONG LIVE LINUX!!!
