I recently installed pine on my home computer. In my /etc/pine.conf file I
have:

normal-foreground-color=black
normal-background-color=white

However, the background is displayed in an nnoying colour of light gray.
How do I set it to true white? My default terminal colours are white as
the background and black as the foreground.

pine on a remote server is displayed fine.
