Well, this may sound a little harsh, but.....

Everything starts in good old fashioned home education.

You really cannot prevent children from reaching sites that will ultimatelly
lead to awkward questions like "Daddy, WHAT IS THAT she holds in her hand ?"
:-))))

I guess that you could always make some PERL based proxy server that will
list all the words you want to prevent. Something like Norton Internet
Security. Or rewrite existing squid rules (if possible) to make that change.
Other then that, I don't think there is a piece of software that supports
hebrew.

Hey, here's an idea ! We could market that ! :)
