Hi Ilya,
I followed all the steps but in the end it didn't work. Before running
step 5 I did "ifconfig" and verified the ethernet was up, then I did
"ping cable.netvision.net.il" and saw that I could ping it.
Then I ran 'ifup netvision'. After that I did "ifconfig" and saw that a
"ppp0" entry was added, so I was sure I was connected okay. So I opened
mozilla, but when I tried entering www.cnn.com it said it could not find
it, so in the terminal I wrote "ping cable.netvision.net.il" and got
back "network is unreachable". I did "ifdown netvision" and again ping
worked, but when I did "ifup netvision" again it was again unreachable.
I'm very sad :-(

Hope you can help me solve what is still wrong.
Thanks,
Offer Kaye
