Being a member of > MandrakeClub I will refer a question to the group. Did you hear anything yet? In the end, I used a workaround: I mounted the image and used mkisofs to burn a cd without a few files which I thought I could do without (chinese and japanese fonts, etc.) In the process, though, I discovered what seems to be a problem with mounting filesystems. I had another CD mounted at the same time that I mounted the image, and I didn't get any error message that something was already mounted on /cdrom. Is that what is supposed to happen? Here is the output from mount: /dev/hda5 on / type ext2 (rw) /dev/hda7 on /usr/local type ext2 (rw) none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620) none on /proc type proc (rw) /dev/scd0 on /cdrom type iso9660 (ro) /usr/local/home/aba/Mandrake92-cd2-ext.i586.iso on /cdrom type iso9660 (rw,loop=/dev/loop0) ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
