[Sorry for being offtopic] Hi, Recently my ISP (HUJI) has blocked the connection to IRC ports. When I talked to the guys in the computation authority, I was told that this was done because of security and bandwidth reasons. I tried to talk about academic freedom etc, but with no success. Then I tried to connect via open proxy servers, but irc.freenode.net bans users that come from such servers, so now I'm looking for a (cheap) shell account provider that would allow me to use IRC.
