Ha'makor's account is in Poalim, and I have no problems accessing it using Mozilla. Try to login using the standard interface. BTW- I recomment Bank Otsar Hahayal. They use Poalim's internet service, and give great service with regard to commissions (no fixed commissions, and no "line" commission).
