no problems at this end... does it happen also with other kernels, say
an earlier or later 2.6 or even a 2.4? you'll have to swap and try,
since there is a chance you will discover it's a piece of faulty
hardware or simply a badly mounted CPU fan.

you could also run memtest+ overnight and see if it finds anything.
after that I have  little CPU burn-in proggie you can try as well.
