Hi all!
I'm looking for a good web-forum implementation. Requirements are:
1. Open-Source.
2. Written in Perl/PHP/Python.
3. Good support for UTF-8 output and input. (very important!)
4. Basic markup (bold/underline/italics, hyperlinks).
5. Ability to include code or plaintext as monospaced verbatim (important).
That's about it I think.
PHP-BB which seems to be the most popular solution lacks good Unicode support.
Any recommendations would be nice.
