The Hod Ami dictionary is based on the cooperation between Machon hatkanim and the academy, I think there is also a version on line in the academy site but I couldn't find it.

Talking about openoffice, anyone know how is it translated? Does it use the official machon hatkanim hebrew?
Ely, what is "Machon Hatkanim Hebrew"? Since when is Machon Hatkanim an authority on the Hebrew language? Can you point us to a site or something about this standard? Or do you perhaps refer to the Academy of the Hebrew Language?
