I am sorry, but I don't agree with your logic.
If there will be less usage the companies will buy less bandwidth
and earn more. You are not expected to get a better service.
Their logic will be, if you tolerate and pay for your service now
you will continue to do so later when they'll cut the bandwidth.
As for thoughts of competition -> there is no real competition in israel.

Not that I download so much distributions,etc... but I do like to listen
to radio internet. So, no radio internet, no multimedia.
lets go back to the stone age why don't you.

The bandwidth capabilities from israel won't be depleted 20 years from now
(med). They have the capability they just want to earn more on you.

If they'll continue with their policy, mass exodus will begin from netvision
and we will probably not hear about this nonsense again.

The logic that some people take all the bandwidth is not sound. Today they need
more bandwidth and tommorow you will need more bandwidth. However,
when you'll need it you will cry out that the prices are too high for you.
This way, you have the option to use more bandwidth when you need to.
I prefer to pay more to have that future option.

Regards,
        tzahi.
