This is just wrong. There is no such thing as "organisation" in copyright
laws. You are not allowed to photocopy a book to everyone in your "organisation" (with some exceptions for education in some places). You are not allowed to buy one copy of MS-Windows and install it on all computers in your "organisations". You are not allowed to make derivatives work of the Linux kernel, except as according to the GPL, regardless of "organisations".
