True, but that's cable only AFAIK, which has its own latency problems.
It's also very hard to get. NetVision gave one to a friend of mine last
week, but only because he would move from 012 if they did it.

Hey, I'm all for it, but they live on the Nefesh B' Nefesh lists, where
you are banned if you say anything negative (such as you can't work from
home to the U.S. with an 89NIS/month aDSL line).
