In ubuntu there's a way to configure static entries that the dhcp-client uses, I cannot find anything similar in FC6, Ideas?

Try putting in your /etc/dhclient-eth0.conf :
supersede domain-name-servers <IP_of_DNS>, <IP_of_DNS2> ;
