Whose? I've never had (foo, foo, foo) any problem with Netvision's Linux support. I've had a Linux system connected to a cable modem using Netvision as an ISP since RedHat 7.2 days. The only person I know who uses 013 has a Macintosh and when he had his aDSL line installed the installer looked at his Macintosh and handed him an ECI combination modem/router and told him he was on his own. He called 013 and they set it up for him and have supported him ever since. I know it's not Linux, but if they support a router, IMHO there does not need to much support beyond that. YMMV.
