I never used them myself, but my sister is a routine user of tzamtzam.co.il . 1. Work with a non-IE browser I think she only uses it with FF 2. Have decent prices I do not know but think they are decent. Prices are generally much lower than what they were last time I printed anything myself. 3. Good service level and attitude. I think she only got her pictures at the Mevaseret shop and is satisfied with them. Their site lists 10 shops, most at or around Jerusalem.
