I would definitely recommend setting up a local YUM/APT repository > server with all the packages and point all the machines to it. well, I don't think I'll be updating it much, so I just did this: * Install a bare machine * add repos you and others recommended * yum install stuff I wanted * harvest the yum cache to a central directory now I can go and rpm -Uvh dir/* at the end of the kickstart and I'm all set. it will do for now. I'm still missing some of the stuff they wanted but I'll burn that bridge when I get to it later.
