Uri, Did you bother search about this problem? Click the wrench icon on Chrome, click "Under the Hood", go to "web content" and click "Change font and language settings", there you can change the fonts to suit your needs.
Also the "undefined" thing appears on other browsers (such as Opera), which means the bank guys didn't use JS according to the standard.
