I can recommend Vtiger its foss.
You can play around with the CRM entities change customer to grad
student etc.
Add and remove fields from grad student, To adjust it to your needs
- Communicates directly or via imported/exported data files with some
Technion and non-Technion systems: The listserv, >ANAM, the student
tuition people etc.
You have ability to import data from csv files.
- Is used simultaneously by more than one person on a network (although
it is extremely rare for two people to try to add or >modify db records
at the same time)
Vitger is web base and support multiple concatenate users.
