This is a good point, but I think the situation is now different: It's not just one type of business device that has Linux - it's almost every new "smart" device, and devices that people commonly bring into their home. And many of these devices (especially Android) do give the users some feeling of an "operating system", unlike the situation of ATMs. > Linux has made good inroads inside devices where the proverbial "Jake > the Plumber" doesn't see it and doesn't know it is there.
